Estate Planning Seminar: Who will fill your shoes?

By Beth Cohen, EarthCorps

EarthCorps invites you to join us for a free estate planning seminar. Offered by a group of non-profit partners, this no-pressure event will provide you with valuable information that will help you and your loved ones plan for the future.

Choosing the right people to represent you and your wishes during the different phases in your life and, ultimately, upon your death is important. Whether the role is Personal Representative, Trustee, Power of Attorney, or Healthcare Power of Attorney – there are helpful personal qualities and guidelines to consider, as well as pitfalls to avoid, when selecting the right people to execute these important roles.

If you are curious about the duties of a personal representative, trustee, or those named in a Power of Attorney, or Healthcare Power of Attorney, this seminar will help to put your mind at rest.

This free seminar is repeated twice on the same day:

Thursday April 19th 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Ravenna Eckstein Community Center
6535 Ravenna Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115

Thursday April 19th 5:30-7:00 p.m.
